Errors, polling, and retries

API errors use a stable envelope:
Common status codes:
  • 401 — missing, invalid, expired, or revoked credential.
  • 403 — scope, workspace role, plan, or license gate denied the request.
  • 404 — resource not found or not visible to this identity.
  • 422 — configuration, data, horizon, model, or quantile validation failed.
  • 429 — request or compute quota exceeded.
Retry only transient failures. Reuse an Idempotency-Key when retrying forecast creation so a network timeout does not launch duplicate inference. Worker failures are structured by model and retryability. Public responses never include raw stack traces, secret values, authorization headers, or private filesystem paths.
